Troy Wahlberg entered the Real Estate market in land development and custom lot sales in 2002. As his career developed, Troy moved into New Home Sales, earning top awards for large national builders and smaller luxury developers. His passion for leadership and coaching lead Troy to pursue his Broker license and brought Troy to Keller Williams Realty Platinum in 2008 as the Team Leader and CEO. In 2009, Troy brought his leadership skills and Real Estate expertise to the Keller Williams East Valley team where he serves as an Associate Broker.

Troy and his team at AZ Valley Real Estate, have focused on the incredible deals available in the local real estate market to help their clients realize all of their real estate and financial goals. Current projects include Farmer Avenue Lofts in down town Tempe, and multiple "value buy" high quality remodels valley wide.

Troy is a resident of Chandler, Arizona where he lives with his wife, Lindsey, and two girls, Jolie and Madison.
